Zoom Integration

You can integrate your Zoom account with aule.co to schedule virtual meetings with ease directly from your groups.

Keep in mind, this integration works with both, paid and free Zoom accounts.

To make use of the integration, enter “Aule Talk” and choose any of your groups or conversations, then click on the "Authorize Zoom" button. The platform will redirect you to your Zoom account where you will be asked for authorization:

When the integration is completed, you will see the "Start a Meeting" button in your groups or conversations. By clicking on it, Aule will automatically start a meeting in your Zoom account:

The group will be updated and all the participants will be able to see a green bar with the meeting details along with the "Join the Meeting" button:

Quick Reminder: Don’t forget the Basic Zoom plan has a 40-minute duration limit per meeting.

How to Remove Zoom Integration?

• Log in to your Zoom account and go to Zoom Marketplace.
• Click on Manage > Installed or search for the aule.co app.
• Choose the aule.co app.
• Select Uninstall.
